What about when my staff don't update their status?
Alert features are an integral part of Staff Guardian, meaning if there's a problem, you will know about it immediately. When one of your lone workers updates their status or location via text message, you will receive a popup on your desktop.
How do staff update their status?
Your staff can update their status via the desktop app, website or via text (SMS). This means your staff can update their status wherever they are, enabling you to ensure they are safe. For example 'SG Meeting with client X' or 'SG Home visit arrived at client Y' is sent to the special Staff Guardian number (07537 401971) - so make sure your staff save it to their phones, so they can update their status and location when they are lone working..
Monthly Staff Management reports
Quickly and easily download staff management reports, create custom reports depending on the type of status, the location or specific lone worker. All reports are CSV so can be imported into many applications, so you can create timesheets or mileage records.
