Updating your status is very easy, simply text 'SG [status] [message]' to 07537 401971.
For example 'SG Meeting with client X' or 'SG Meeting arrived at client Y's office'.
In order to create new statuses, you need to visit your staff guardian address, and click on Administration Control Panel (you have to login beforehand). - Click on 'Manage Statuses' you can then view your current statuses or click on 'Create Status'. Give your new status a name, choose an icon, colour theme and your update time limit (that is, how long someone can spend without updating their status - you might allow them an hour for lunch, but only two hours for a home visit with a client, so that you can ensure they check-in once they leave, ensuring their safety).
In order to create manage users, you need to visit your staff guardian address, and click on Administration Control Panel (you have to login beforehand). - Click on 'Manage Users' - you can now view your current users, edit them or click on 'Create user', enter your users name, create a password and select their staff level. You will need to enter their mobile number in order to allow staff to update thier status via text. Don't forget to get your staff to save the Staff Guardian number to their phone (07537 401971) to ensure they can update their status and location when lone working.
